Celebrating 1 Year of Posicare

One year after joining Tierco Healthcare Group, Posicare by Seating Matters, marked an exciting milestone with a celebration at its Wigan manufacturing facility, bringing together colleagues from across the business to reflect on an exceptional first year and look ahead to an ambitious future.

The anniversary was celebrated with factory tours, a team BBQ and an update from Managing Director Martin Tierney, who shared how Posicare has become a key part of the Group's long-term strategy and Vivid Vision 2028.

Employees from across Posicare and the wider Tierco Healthcare management and support teams gathered in Wigan to celebrate not only the achievements of the past 12 months, but also the people behind them.

Speaking at the event, Managing Director Martin Tierney said:

"The unexpected scale of success with Posicare in the last year has been largely thanks to the quality of work done by the team in Wigan. We didn't just acquire a business in 2025, we were welcomed into a very special family who have been successfully producing market-leading products for decades.

Thank you for all that you do for Posicare and the Tierco Healthcare division. We are incredibly proud of the Wigan team and look forward to welcoming many more visitors to the site in the months and years ahead."

Over the past year, Posicare has continued to strengthen its reputation for manufacturing high-quality bathing, showering and hygiene equipment designed to give caregivers the means to care.
